Do I need to sign a contract?
No contracts here. We believe in trust and good faith — if we're doing our job right, you'll want to stay. We run week-to-week and our word is our bond. No paperwork needed.
What if my collection is missed?
Give us a call or send us an email and we'll sort it out straight away! Missed pickups are rare, but when it happens we make it right — fast.
Can I change my plan?
Yes! Just give us a call or send us an email to get a quote. We'll get you sorted and switched over as quickly as possible.
How do I pay?
We use Bill.com to handle all payments — it's simple, secure, and easy to manage. We'll walk you through it when you get set up.
How quickly can I get service started?
